    2. What is one of your guilty pleasures? 

    3. What's your hidden talent or super-human power? 

    4. What's one song that immediately puts you in a good mood? 

    5. What's one thing most people seem to love but you just don’t quite get?

    6. What advice would you give your younger self?

    7. What's your favorite way to spend your birthday?

    8. When was the last time you did something for the first time, and what was it? 

    9. What would you try if you knew you could not fail? 

    10. When people ask me about things to do in my city, I recommend this...

    11. If you were a pro wrestler what would be your entrance theme song?

    12. What’s one piece of advice that’s stayed with you over time?

    13. What sport would you compete in if you were in the Olympics?

    14. What would make for the “perfect” day for you?

    1. Partner up.

    2. Partner A presents Partner B with an imaginary gift.

    3. Partner B enthusiastically accepts and identities the gift: “Oh, it’s a _____.! Thank you!” (NOTE: it’s the receiver who defines the gift.)

    4. Partner B now presents A with a gift.

    5. Encourage participants to go back and forth giving and receiving gifts.

    1. Everyone in the group thinks of one awkward thing that happened to them in the last month or so.

    2. Ask people to quickly think about how they'd tell the story of what happened: "I'm going to give you 30 seconds to think about how you'd tell the story of what happened."

    3. "Okay, now think what would be the last line of that story, if that line used this prompt: 'But it turns out that ___'"

    4. Sharing can be done either out loud or typed into a chat.

    1. Circle up.

    2. Someone begins an “ah-ha” (insight, takeaway) by saying one word to start a sentence.

    3. The person next to them continues the “ah-ha” with another word.

    4. Keep moving around the circle until the “ah-ha” feels complete, at which point everyone snaps their fingers and says “yesyesyesyesyes…”

    1. Partner up.

    2. Each partner tells the story of how and why they got their name.

    3. Pairs can share out stories with the group when time is up.

    1. Partner up.

    2. Facilitator introduces a theme (e.g. party or vacation planning)

    3. Partner A suggests an idea within the theme.

    4. Partner B builds on that idea, starting their sentence with “Yes, and…”

    5. Partners continue to build off each other until time is up.
